About The Orchestra

The PMSO was founded in 2016 and aims to perform challenging and exciting works while giving our members exciting opportunities and experiences.

PMSO Activities

The PMSO rehearses on Tuesday evenings, in locations throughout the Penn campus.

The orchestra not only seeks to undertake challenging works but also to give its players memorable experiences including side by side rehearsals with the Philadelphia Orchestra and collaborations with groups including Play On, Philly!
